Hi all BBQ fans,

My name is qiyao, aka spike. I have been a BBQ manic ever since I started my first BBQ session during my 13th birthday. During that time, I felt so much joy during the process of BBQing. Ever since whenever there is BBQ event, I will always say “YES”. I think if anyone will want to ask me out, the easiest way is to say magic words, ” Lets go BBQ.”

Ever since then, I always crave for another BBQ session whenever one ended. I always feel there is so much more we can do during BBQ session. I personnally believed it is the best time for interaction and sharing every moments together. It is my favorite time to be with my loved ones.

For so long, I wanted to start a blog share my experiences and joys for all my BBQ sessions. In this blog, I will share all the recipes I gathered all these while with you. In addition, I wanted to bring BBQing into new height. I believe there is more we can do during our BBQ session.

I also realise alot people out there faced many problems during the BBQ sessions. I help you all step by step from choosing the charcoal to cooking the food. If you faced any problems and would like me to solve personally, feel free to drop me a message.
